Garden fresh Saute' Beets
Peel and Chop Beet, Dice beet stem and Leaf
Saute Beets in butter until they Callus then add stems leafs and fresh green onion and dill steam for a few minutes.
Serve with grated parmesan.

Knife making class
You will learn how to create a unique sculptural cutting piece, using a combination of jewellery techniques and blade-smithing. You
will be shown how to cast bronze and silver elements as well as how to work with the innately beautiful Damascus steel. See how
basic tools can be used to turn raw Damascus into knife-edge and create a piece of artwork you will love to either hang on the wall
or use in the kitchen .Students will be provided with a 6”x 1 ¼” x 5/32” bar of Damasteel (Stainless Damascus) with Vinland
pattern
